Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Our supplier partners aim to fulfill orders within 2 business days of receiving them. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates  Orders over $50.00 qualify for free shipping. Rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
• Actual transit times may vary depending on your location and the fulfilling supplier's location.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email from The Green Hearth Shoppe with your tracking number. All shipping notifications come from us — not directly from our supplier partners.

Multiple Suppliers, One Checkout Some orders may include products fulfilled by different supplier partners. In these cases, your items may arrive in separate packages and on slightly different timelines. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at hello@greenhearthshoppe.com with your order number. We'll work with our fulfillment partners to locate your shipment and make it right.
